The Shawangunk Wine Trail is the premier wine destination in New York’s Hudson River Region. We’re proudly one of the top tourist attractions in the Hudson Valley, drawing over 150,000 visitors annually and rising.
About The Shawangunk Wine Trail
Historically, we are home to both the oldest vineyard and longest operating winery in North America. Our winery members include Angry Orchard, Applewood Winery, Baldwin Vineyard, Benmarl Winery, Brotherhood, America’s Oldest Winery, Clearview Vineyard, Glorie Farm Winery, Magnanini Farm Winery, Palaia Winery & Meadery, Robibero Winery, Stoutridge Vineyard & Distillery, Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, and Whitecliff Vineyard. In 2022, We’re very excited to welcome City Winery Hudson Valley to the Shawangunk Wine Trail.
With the increase of wineries, distilleries, and cider producers in the Hudson River region and their interest in becoming a member of the Shawangunk Wine Trail or simply cross-promoting their business through our marketing channels, we have developed the SWT Beverage Tourism Partner Program. This 12-month program is a great opportunity for these specific businesses to take advantage of many valuable marketing opportunities for a very reasonable investment.
Requirements to sign up as an SWT Beverage Tourism Partner
• You must be licensed by the NY State Liquor Authority as a Farm or Commercial Winery or Cidery.
• You must have a fully operating tasting room in the Hudson River Region.
• Please note: In order to become a member of the Shawangunk Wine Trail, you must be a Beverage Tourism Partner for one year before applying for full membership. Contact us for more information about the application process.
Benefits of being an SWT Beverage Tourism Partner
Joining the SWT: If you qualify, this is the first step in becoming a full time member of the Shawangunk Wine Trail.
Print: Business listed in the 2022 SWT Wine Trail Map & Guide under the SWT Beverage Tourism Partner category. Includes (3 lines) Name, address, phone/website – Your business location is also pinned on the map in our brochure. Please note: Enrollment ends on Friday, October 15, 2021 to be in print.
Online: Revolving full color digital banner ad featuring your business on the top of the SWT Beverage Tourism Partner webpage, also linked to your website – The page will also include a full description of your business, your logo or photo and links to your website, and all of your social media pages – Link to your website in our monthly SWT E-Newsletter and all SWT special event e-blasts throughout the year.
